Marriage has been the best and biggest blessing the Lord has given me thus far in my short life. The Lord has taught me so many beautiful things in and through marriage. Despite the fact that I am a terrible sinner (goodness I never realized how selfish I am prior to getting married- sorry honey! I love you!), my Husband loves me unconditionally. He forgives me & emulates the Lord’s love for me better than I could have ever dreamed. Praise the Lord we were raised with parents who taught us to keep Christ as the center of our marriage! Because of his love for Christ, my Husband inspires me to be better and to do better each day. What a beautiful blessing!

June 5, 2013 at 12:17 pmMy tip for newlyweds a…make lots of memories, travel, be spontaneous. Especially if you don’t already have children. Be committed to being committed. Do whatever it takes to keep each other happy.

And since we have gotten married we have developed our own individual relationships with Him and have become more comfortable with talking about our faith and praying together. It has brought us closer together and made us stronger as individuals.
