Most things in life never stop changing. We grow up, we move, we change jobs, people change, the seasons change- the list could go on and on. As our lives keep changing (and we keep changing, hopefully for the better) I am so thankful that there is one thing that is solid and wont change, God’s Word. Today’s verse specifically talks about Gods “ancient” laws. How cool is it to know that the laws we read from God are the same laws he implemented thousands of years ago? It is so comforting to know that God is the same today as he was yesterday and will be tomorrow- regardless of how godly, ungodly, joyful or selfish I may be on that given day.
“I remember your ancient laws, O LORD,
and I find comfort in them.”
Psalm 119:52
