You never know the seeds you are sowing. Whether you recognize it or not, each day you have the opportunity to make an impact on those around you. Yes, I’ll admit, it is always nice to actually hear words of affirmation. But more often than not, people keep these words to themselves. Today, tomorrow and everyday following that, you have the opportunity to show someone love. More importantly, you have the opportunity to show someone the love of Jesus. You may be the only “Jesus” that person sees that day, week, month or year. Although you may not see how your actions impact others, I can assure you that you ARE making an impression. You never know when your last chance will be to make an impact, so be intentional. The Lord wants to use you and if you allow Him to, He will.
I encourage you today to focus on being intentional and being filled with the Fruit of the Spirit. God has big plans for YOU. Are you ready? It’s your turn to plant a seed.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galations 6:9
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.” Galations 5:22-23
