As a girl I have to admit there is something joyful about buying a new outfit, some flowers or just about anything. It’s exciting!
Todays verse tells us that similarly to how we get excited or “rejoice” about the things we buy, we are called to be excited and rejoice in following God’s commands. It should bring us joy knowing that we are bringing the Lord joy!
“I rejoice in following your statutes
as one rejoices in great riches.”
Psalm 119:14
