June 9, 2013 at 11:10 amI rest in Christ’s perfect life and righteousness and in His atoning death on the Cross. In His Word I find rest from the foolishness and folly of this world. Among His people, I find rest because here, at last, is where I belong.
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen any beach in California. Lived in Oakland and San Diego. More of a mountain person myself, though CA has those, too.

June 9, 2013 at 12:26 pmi find rest in knowing the my high and mighty god has me protected and he has granted me peace from worry, anger, and stress. i love that even though it says god created the world in seven day he decided that on the seventh day to rest because he did all that he needed to. i think that is awesome that god rested knowing that his plan was now taking hold. have a blessed day everyone!
