Whole30 in 2014

Ready to hear our cliché plan for January?
We are doing the Whole30!
Okay, technically we are doing the Whole25 because
my husbands birthday is on the 26th.
So 25 days it is!

One of our general goals for 2014 is to be much more intentional.
Intentional in our
time
relationships
health
money
travel
study
&
anything else that may fall into this category.
So what better way is there to start out the year?

Our bodies are God’s temple
and I want to honor Him by being intentional about
what I let enter by body.

I’m thankful my husband is going to be doing
it with me this year,
but I know it is going to be a bit rough at first.
So if any of you have done the Whole30 before
and have any favorite recipes
or have any tips
we would greatly appreciate it!

    I LOVE the Whole30 program and book. It is a perfect thing to do with someone so you can motivate each other and hold each other accountable (because it’s reaaaaally hard). Best of luck and happy new year!
