When do you feel your best? Personally, I always feel best after a really long walk or a good sweat. This summer I’ve been consistent about doing Pvolve workouts at home and I can literally feel my body getting stronger. I LOVE it!
Now that I’ve been more active I decided it was time to update my workout pieces from old t-shirts to more chic workout items. After trial and error, I’ve found a handful of pieces I love and now I’ve purchased them in multiple colors. And the best part, they are all under $30 and are from Amazon.
