Best Ability

As I blogged before, I am currently reading the book “Captivating” by John & Stasi Eldredge.

In this book they continuously emphasize how important it is for us to realize that we are made in God’s image.  As a woman I love being reminded that the Lord is relational to His core (just like we are) and that He yearns to have a relationship with us. It completely blows my mind that our Heavenly father longs for us and longs to be loved by us. The Lord also created us all differently. Earlier I blogged about how we each have personal love languages. When the Lord created you, He blessed you with the ability to love in a way that is special to you.   “Captivating” reminds us how much woman desire to be loved and feel loved. If we are created after the Lord, imagine how much more He desires to be loved and feel loved.

How can you use your personal love language to love the Lord to your best ability?
