There is something so sweet about precious little kids. They have a consistent twinkle in their eyes and always look as though they are in a state of awe. In the Bible study I am currently going through, Kelly Minter writes about her niece (Maryn) who is learning to walk. Minter paints the visual of Maryn walking around and stopping every few steps to pick up an exciting pebble or a tattered leaf. Maryn is fascinated by the little details that we often just walk right passed.
Minter uses this example to explain how we are going through the book of Ruth. We didn’t even get to chapter 2 until we were almost 10 days into the study. By going slowly we are getting to find the buried treasures and dig deep into the Truth. We are forcing ourselves to stop and smell the roses and it has been such a blessing. I highly recommend this study!
Any other good Bible study suggestions?
