Due to the fact that I am still on Cloud 9and the fact that we got in our wedding pictures today (wahoo!!), I have a pretty strong feeling that the next few posts will be about our wedding! The pictures are oh so very lovely and the memories alone bring a smile to my face (and warm my heart for that matter). Here is a sneak peak at one of the sweet moments that began the best day of my life.
The ‘First Look’ has become a somewhat normal event for the Bride & Groom. By doing this the bride and groom are given the opportunity to pray together, take pictures together and basically allows the whole process of taking a thousand pictures to be spread out over a longer period of time. (Yes, a post on our first look is coming soon). What is not normally photographed is the Fathers first look. And because my father picked out my first dress but had not seen it since we ordered it, the moment was even more special. Can you feel the emotion in the pictures? I still get goose bumps! It may be one of my favorite memories from that morning. I love my father more than words can explain and am so blessed to have this memory with him.
We chose to do our first look on the covered bridge that leads to our little community of cabins because my father had invisioned Caleb and my first look here. Beautiful setting isnt it? It could not have been more beautiful! (We were given roughly 50 pictures of this moment and it is so hard to not post all of them!)
Love this. Proud of my baby girl. Love you
