2017 is going to be a year full of infinite possibilities. As you may have read in my goals for 2017, we have some big goals which will change our lives forever. There is a good chance it is going to be a year of change.
There is a possibility of a change in jobs, change in where we will live {still in NYC}, and so much more. In a sense, I feel as though I am in a season of waiting. A season of unknown. And as a planner, I’m not loving the idea of not having all the answers.
However, I recently stumbled upon a quote on Pinterest and was instantly reminded to calm down and relinquish any anxieties.
“Trust the wait. Embrace the uncertainty. Enjoy the beauty of becoming. When nothing is certain, anything is possible.”
This season of waiting doesn’t need to be stressful, I just need to shift my perspective. Rather than viewing the unknown as something frightening, I need to view the unknown as something exciting. We have ample opportunities.
Anyone else in a season of waiting?

Oh I love this! I am about to start a new job, so I kind of understand the feeling! I finally just got over that unknown of what the future might hold. Praying for you during this season! Excited to see what the future will hold for you
I am totally in the season!!love your blog!
I am in the season of waiting. Waiting = personal growth.
I am in the season of waiting for a new business to really take off. It seems as though I am just about to reach tipping point, but gah there is so much hard work to get to that point and then plenty more once you do. Love that vintage Chanel necklace <3
I hate waiting too. I struggle to just relax and go with it. I like your perspective on it.
Such a great quote! I would love to visit NYC i bet it is amazing to live there!

Couldn’t agree more, it’s important to embrace the unknown and let life take you by surprise :) Embrace there here and now, and look forward to your future with a positive attitude.
