Introducing Baby C

I’m literally in awe of the fact that I’m about writing this… Welcome to the world Baby C!! Tomorrow Baby C will officially be one week old and I am already praying for time to slow down. How has it already been a week?! Time is just flying by! Don’t get me wrong- we are completely sleep deprived, are trapped in our apartment due to the cold/flu season in NYC, and our laundry pile at the end of each day is unreal {praise the Lord my parents are here in the city with us who not only have helped give us a few extra hours of sleep, but also do our laundry each day since we don’t have a washer and dryer in our apartment}. But we wouldn’t trade it for the world. Baby C is perfect!

If you don’t follow me on social media, you may have missed the name announcement. Baby C is named Cayson Budd Arnold! He was born 7 pounds, 9 ounces and 19.8 inches long. I will be sharing our full birth story soon and trust me, you will want to read it. There are two things that happened that I NEVER could have guessed would happen. We vlogged up until the the final stage of labor and a little bit of the 48 hours following his arrival. But in the meantime, here are a few photos of our precious baby boy! We can’t wait for the adventures to come!

Also, he was born with slight jaundice and we’ve had to go into the pediatrician
everyday for more testing to make sure his levels aren’t unsafe.
Due to this we’ve had to supplement his feedings with formula,
so please pray for his health to continue getting better and for my milk to be sufficient soon.
