November is one of my favorite months of the year. This month we are reminded to focus on our blessings and to be thankful. And today, I am overwhelmingly thankful for my father. If there was ever a man worthy of sharing a name with our Heavenly Father, it is my dad. Today is his birthday. If you have ever met my father, you know what an incredible man he is. He has never met a stranger. He is an incredible leader, loves unconditionally, encourages every dream, puts others before himself, and loves the Lord with all of his heart. He truly is a blessing to everyone he meets. I could not be more thankful for the example he set for my family. He set high standards when finding my husband.
So happy birthday to one of my favorite blessings, my role model, my encourager … my dad!
