How to be Ready to Celebrate the Holidays at any Moment

Want to know a little fact about me? I like to keep a bottle of bubbly in our fridge at all times. You just never know when exciting news may come along. And I believe even the little moments in life are worth celebrating! Anyone else agree? And with the holiday season upon us, there are even more reasons to celebrate. And keeping a bottle of bubbly in your fridge at all times helps you to be ready to celebrate the holidays at any moment!

Since I’m such a sparkling wine fan, I said yes the moment Valdo Prosecco invited me to lunch at Sylvia’s in Harlem! I mean, is there anything better than soul food paired with Prosecco? I think not. At the lunch we tasted a few different bottles while we enjoyed some good ole southern food. I think that’s one of the things I love most about Valdo Prosecco- it’s a fun-loving drink that goes with literally everything… from gourmet to southern comfort. {AND it’s at a decent price point. win win win}

At the tasting we enjoyed the Numero 1, Prosecco Brut DOC, Numero 1 Rose, and my favorite- the 1926 DOCG. {we didn’t taste the Numero 10 at the lunch, but I had it in Italy and it was my absolute favorite!} Each one paired beautifully with the various dishes served.  So despite the fact I already had a couple bottles of bubbly at home, I decided I needed to pick up a couple bottles of Valdo to keep on hand. And let’s be honest, with the holiday season upon us, there are so many reasons to enjoy a bottle of prosecco! We popped open a bottle of Valdo a few days ago and will open another one this weekend when we buy and decorate our Christmas tree!
